Basic info

The Naenae Computer Clubhouse opened in 2010. We currently have a membership of over 140 young people 10 - 18 years old. On an average day we have approximately 30 young people here after school from 3pm - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday during the school term.
Students here learn real life skills they can use to gain future education and employment in the technologies, IT and arts industries. Our young people learn things such as fashion design, graphic designing, animation, 3D design, robotics, engineering, sound and music production, video and film creation, Photography, Computer coding and programming, Sculpting and modelling.
We are part of the Intel Computer Clubhouse Network. There are over 120 clubhouses’ throughout 23 countries. Each Computer Clubhouse provides a creative and safe out-of-school learning environment where young people from underserved communities work with adult mentors to explore their own ideas, develop new skills, and build confidence in themselves through the use of technology.
